Lee is responsible for the design of the project. The design goes beyond a single concept and is based on the Chinese number 8, which has long been considered a lucky number in Chinese culture. The eight-story structural units are connected to each other's tops to form a whole. This rhythmic aesthetic is new to skyscrapers.
